The Vision for UYC Coffee is to create a space where our staff can holistically mentor students through teaching skills centered around the business of coffee. Every dollar that is made through this venture goes straight back into making a way to have as many full time Christ following adults walking students through their journey of life following Jesus. Our plan is to build the business through monthly subscriptions of individuals and churches. Our team of students, staff and volunteers meet the last Tuesday of the month at our Roaster to weigh, grind, bag, and ship your coffee. Drink your fair trade, organic blend with UYC each morning and know that with each sip you are investing into the lives of Generation Z and Alpha with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We hope you enjoy!

This medium/dark roast coffee is locally roasted at Ignite Coffee for UYC's ministry and a high-end coffee you can't typically get in stores. Our blend is produced using organic, responsibly sourced fair trade coffee beans.

Aroma: Floral, sweet. Flavor: Complex, fruity. Milling Process: washed and sun-dried. Growing Altiture: 1,700 - 2,000 meter above sea level. Harvest Period: Oct - Dec.
